We had an exceptional experience with Dharl as our home inspector. He was incredibly informative, patient, and kind throughout the entire process. He took the time to educate both me and my husband on how to properly maintain our new home and ensure its safety -which was especially helpful as first-time buyers. Dharl pointed out several important safety concerns, like non-functional carbon monoxide and smoke detectors that were installed on the wall instead of the ceiling. He explained how ceiling placement allows for quicker detection since smoke rises and pools at the top first -something we would've never considered. He also used infrared imaging to show that insulation in the attic had likely shifted, creating hot spots or uninsulated areas. His attention to detail was impressive; he even caught small cracks in the kitchen tile that could have easily been missed. We really appreciated how thorough he was and how he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He welcomed all of our questions and made sure we left the inspection feeling informed and confident about our home.
